Scheduled maintenance
We periodically carry out maintenance to improve the platform, add new features and guarantee the stability of the service.
When maintenance is planned we will publish in advance:

- Estimated duration.
- Affected services.
- Possible temporary interruptions.
- Improvements included.
We will always try to do this work during low-activity hours to minimize the impact on users.
Transparent communication
We believe trust is also built by communicating problems when they happen.
