Respect others
Every maker has a different level of experience. Some have just bought their first printer and others have worked professionally in additive manufacturing for years.
Everyone has something to learn and something to teach.
That is why we expect every conversation to be respectful, polite and constructive.
Criticism is welcome when it helps improve. Personal attacks have no place on MakerUp.
Share knowledge
One of MakerUp's greatest values is shared knowledge.
If you discover a new setting, a solution to a problem or a way to improve a print, share it with the official Skool community.
The more knowledge we share, the more we all grow.
Publish quality content
We want MakerUp to be a place to find inspiring projects, useful solutions and valuable content.
Before posting, ask yourself:
- Can it help other makers?
- Is it well explained?
- Is the information accurate?

Respect other creators' work
3D printing also involves creativity.
Always respect the intellectual property of other designers and makers.
Do not publish, distribute or sell files or designs you are not authorized to use.
If you share someone else's work, always credit the original author and include the license.
Supporting creators strengthens the whole maker community.
Use MakerUp responsibly
MakerUp is designed to make collaboration between makers and clients easier.
Do not use the platform to:
- Post false information.
- Impersonate other people.
- Manipulate ratings.
- Create fraudulent accounts.
- Carry out illegal activities.
- Try to access other people's accounts.
- Harm the platform's operation.
We want MakerUp to remain a safe environment for everyone.
Keep a professional atmosphere
Although MakerUp is a close-knit community, it is also a space where many users run their business or professional activity.
That is why we expect conversations to always keep a respectful and professional tone.
Differences of opinion are normal. What matters is debating with respect.
Not allowed
To protect the whole community, it is not allowed to publish content that:
- Is offensive or discriminatory.
- Incites hatred or violence.
- Contains threats or harassment.
- Deliberately spreads false information.
- Infringes copyright or intellectual property.
- Promotes illegal activities.
- Contains malware or malicious links.

Breaking these rules may lead to the removal of the content or, in serious or repeated cases, account suspension.

We review each case individually to keep the community safe, respectful and useful for everyone.
